I tried to call Lowe's customer service on several occasions to determine some information about a fraudulent use of one of my credit cards. The wait times are in excess of 25 to 30 minutes and more.
When I tried asking for a new 2 word captcha it never gave it to me so I could review them on their own site.
In my opinion Lowes is exceedingly abusing the China virus conditions with customer service Barry
Zero stars! I wish I saw this site before I placed an order. Absolute madness. I haven’t been this enraged forever. I ordered a washer and dryer over a week ago. They kept canceling and then started giving 12 hour Windows for delivery. Who does that?!?! My order was finally supposed to be delivered over the weekend and 2 days in advance I get a call that says I quote my manager advised me to call u and tel u the driver is sick and not available to deliver. So what u got one driver and they are going to be healthily in 2 days? Btw the driver called me the following day and asked if he could deliver but I wasn’t home. Wow short lived sickness. Then I received nothing further until I called and the call system kept hanging up on me until I lied to say I needed help with curbside to get a person. A worthless person by but a person. A person that proceeded to advise me oh our location will only deliver a washer we don’t know who has the dryer but I can call other stores. WHAT?!? As I was saying u know I’ve hade enough the person and that is the nicest thing I can say proceeds to talk over me with joy how about u cancel! Wow great retention and customer service. The rage this person brought out in me. And then I only received a partial refund for the washer?!?$! I apparently need to find which stores has my dryer. Mind I I have all the emails that show a local store. Why would u drop off one and not the other but take my existing. Where does this make sense?!?! I hate having such a hate feeling in my life but I literally hate U Lowe’s and I will make it my mission to put bad press out there with the way u treated me abs bc ur dumb enough to put it in writing. I hope u are shut down l. U are horrific!

my wife and I bought a granite countertop from Lowes.
lowers brought us two different countertops. installed by a company call A-PLUS. Laura the sale person at A-plus told us,it was the mistake of the Lowes fabricator, who exchange our countertops with another customer.She even give us lower's fabricator phone numbers, we call him, he refused to talk to us.

My wife and I went into Lowe's to purchase a washer and dryer set. The ONE PERSON that was working in that department had a line of 12 people. Every person working at Lowe's just walked by like they didn't see this poor guy struggling to help anyone. Not a single other worker came over to assist. When we were finally able to get some service, the lady was super rude and acted like we were ruining her day because we needed help.
We got the washer and dryer ordered and setup delivery. On the day of delivery, nobody ever showed up. When my wife called Lowe's to ask what was going on, the person on the phone told us that they were a third pary delivery service and they couldn't give us any assistance. We had the confirmation with the date and arrival window. When the lady on the phone finally was able to look up our info, she then told us that the delivery would be the next day. She was very adament that this was the delivery service's fault and not Lowe's.
The next day, the delivery was supposed to take place from 1-4PM. At 12:02 they rang our doorbell. I wasn't home at that time because people have jobs and my wife and I BOTH took off Monday to be home for the original delivery. I had to take ANOTHER day off so that I could be home the following day. When I pulled into my driveway at 12:36PM, still 24 minutes before they were supposed to deliver my washer and dryer, the Lowe's delivery service was packing everything away and was about to leave because nobody was home for delivery. Again, they weren't even supposed to be there yet, but they were more than ready to say "screw this house" and leave without delivering our washer and dryer.
Lowe's has been absolutely terrible lately. I also tried to buy a grill at Lowe's last week. I'll spare you the whole story. Bottom line is... I still have no grill. In the future, I'll be going to Home Depot.
I have used Lowe's for everything home improvement for the last 30 ears. As of today, the have lost me as a customer for life.
I own my own business and know that I have a responsibility to ensure that I only sell things that is acceptable and legal in this county.
I recently had to change my electric meter base out and went to "trusted" Lowe's to get what I needed for the job. I know nothing about electrical wiring, so I asked for some professional help when I arrived at Lowe's.
I had a list of things that my contractor gave me to pick up. A meter base was one of the things on the list. I bought a "Square D RD816F 200 AMP OH Meter Base. The electrician installed the new meter base and called the inspector. The inspector arrived with a printed list of approved brands and model numbers. He stated that this particular model was not on the list and without the approval of the engineering department of Huntsville Utilities; I would have to replace it with an approved one. I contacted the Engineering department and was told that it would indeed have to be replaced.
This morning, I went to Lowe's and asked to speak to the manager. A man named Josh came to the front of the store to speak with me. I Showed him the email that I got from the county engineering department and I told him what had transpired and asked him if Lowe's would replace the wrong meter base with the right one. He told me that their employees didn't work for Huntsville Utilities. He also stated that “Lowe’s doesn't know what is authorized by the county and they would not make it right by me”.
If the store is going to sell electrical goods in this county, then the people in charge of this store should make it a priority to insure that they only carry the items that will be authorized by county inspectors. Now
I have to pay an electrician to come out and disconnect the meter base and pay another $90.00 for a disconnect/re-connect fee. I also have to buy another “approved” meter base. Lowe’s doses not practice good work ethic. I, as a business owner, will not ever use them again. I will also make sure that all of my customers know that Lowe’s can’t be trusted.
I would leave no stars if I could. I bought a washer and dryer from lowes online. Lowes proceeded to continue to charge my AMEX every few days so that I had over 8K pending charges for a 2K product. AMEX actually put a freeze on my account until they talked to me due to potential fraudulent charges. Customer Service was a horrible. (I got one guy who tried to make it right but the next day only my washer came and more charges showed up on my AMEX so I had to call Customer Service again). The other Customer Service agents just said that they were pending charges and essentially nothing to worry about. And the fact that only my washer came wasn't their fault and the dryer would be delivered. I could go on and on....I elevated to a manger and never got back all those hours on the phone. I will never buy from lowes again. What happened to them?!!!
I've had great experiences with the Lowe's in Tucson, AZ! At both of the locations I've been to this month the employees in the lumber department have been super helpful in the best and most genuine ways. (Especially Tom at Oracle, and Hans at the Speedway location).
Much better if you need some assistance than I usually find with their orange competition!
Ordered a product online, Lowes delivery service attempted delivery to the wrong address, the resident at that wrong address declined delivery, and they will cannot reschedule delivery.
I was on hold for 2 hours with customer service before I was able to speak to someone, and after dozens of attempts at calling the San Francisco store no one answers.
A few times I heard a associate pick up and leave the phone off the hook intentionally.
From this point on I cannot in good conscience recommend Lowe’s to anyone.
I have yet to figure out if or how I can receive my product, or how to get my $500 dollars back, $95 of which was for Delivery.
Lowe’s in my opinion is no longer a trustworthy and reliable company.
I ordered and already paid online for a side by side refrigerator to be delivered. My first delivery day was April 27 got a automated text saying driver will be there in 33 minutes and they never showed.checked online and they changed dated to may 6 check today and date is changed until may 20 th now. Have missed 2 days of pay waiting for these people to deliver my item they already got their money for. The delivery department or customer service at the store are no help what so ever. In the meantime we are using a ice chest and have to buy ice daily. I will never again shop at lowes even for a nut or bolt. I have and will continue to tell everybody I know And meet about my horrible experience with this company. Home Depot you have my buisness from this day forward I need a company that respects and appreciates its customers.

Went to Lowe’s today early so I can buy a refrigerator. No one’s around to help, but Mo a worker in kitchen department. Seems to be on a personal phone call.
Waiting for her to get off the phone. I bent over to say excuse me she just ignored me, and continued with her phone call. Spoke to the manager about her. She just comes in to handle the kitchen department I guess. Anyway she has on a Lowe’s jacket so she represents Lowe’s.

Two weeks ago I purchased delivery of pavers. At 11 AM I call the north side store in Pueblo, CO to see if my delivery was going to happen. The lady that answered the phone on the 30th ring said that there was nothing for delivery. I explained to her I had a paid receipt, but she stated that was just an estimate. I again told her I had a paid receipt in my hand. She then forwarded me to another lady who stated she would look for the purchase. After being on hold of a long time, she came back and said she found the receipt, but had no idea about the delivery. I was then forwarded to delivery and that lady told me that she would look into it and call me back. Two hours later I called the store again and on the 24 ring a lady answered and said the driver was loading his truck. Two after that the driver called and stated he was on his way. 40 minutes he arrived and did an outstanding job.
Today 3/24 I am supposed to have another product delivered. I called at 10 AM and no one had any idea about my order. I called again at 11 AM and again no idea about my order. I just now received a call stating that they did not get the product in and it is now suppose to arrive Thursday 3/25 sometime. So I have now spent the entire morning waiting on my delivery and it will not happen. Maybe Thursday and MAYBE Friday!
This is third problem I have had with LOWES CRAPPY SERVICE! Already paid for the product or I would do somewhere, ANYWHERE else!

No, that's wrong. Call, get it canceled then reorder. I ordered a couple of things lately from Lowe's. They had them ready for pickup the same day. There is something wrong with your order.

Good luck! We ordered appliances in-store, and after a month Lowes failed to deliver them. We finally got our money back and ordered elsewhere and the appliances were delivered in three days. I would cancel your order and look elsewhere.

Online ordering is a scam - they offer no customer service.

Lowe's is a legit company but I feel like certain items like their appliances are a scam or at least they are not ethical when it comes to the appliances.
